INGREDIENTES

- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, miso, and grated garlic. Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes, then toss to combine.
