INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🥦 200g broccoli, cut into pieces
Protein
- 🌭 4 sausages, sliced diagonally
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 120ml pasta water
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces, slice sausages diagonally, and thinly slice garlic.
Boil water in a pot, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, and add broccoli 2 minutes before the spaghetti finishes cooking. Drain well.
Heat butter, olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat.
Once garlic and chili are fragrant, add sausages, spaghetti, and broccoli. Stir-fry over medium heat and add pasta water.
Add soy sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
