INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
PASOS
Slice 1/2 onion thinly. This dish requires minimal vegetables, making it simple for beginners.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 1.5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp minced garlic. Stir well.
Heat a frying pan and add 200g thinly sliced pork belly along with 1 tbsp sugar. Stir-fry until the sugar dissolves.
Once the sugar dissolves, add the sliced onion and the prepared sauce. Stir well.
Cook until the pork is fully done and the sauce is absorbed or slightly thickened.
Serve the cooked pork and onions over a bowl of steamed rice.
Top the dish with 1 egg yolk in the center. Alternatively, use a fried egg if you prefer.
Sprinkle parsley flakes for garnish and serve immediately.
