Fish
- 🐟 200g swordfish fillets
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
Butter
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Season the swordfish fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the swordfish and cook until browned. Flip the fillets, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 1 minute.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens and coats the fish.
