- 20g vermicelli
- 2 slices bacon
- 🥬 80g cabbage (2 leaves)
- 100g bean sprouts (1/2 bag)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 💧 500ml water

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the bacon into 1cm wide strips.

In a pot, combine all seasonings (☆) and heat over medium heat. Add bacon, cabbage, bean sprouts, and vermicelli. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
