INGREDIENTES

- 🥬 1/6 cabbage
- 🥕 1 turnip, grated
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
Seasoning
- Potato starch, as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 300 ml water
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and grate the turnip.
Remove the tendons from the chicken breasts and slice them diagonally. Coat both sides with potato starch.
In a pot, combine sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water. Bring to a boil and add the chicken. Cook over medium heat.
When the chicken changes color, add the cabbage and cook until softened. Add the grated turnip and simmer briefly.
