- 🦪 100g clams (purged)
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 3 tbsp sake
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper

Cut cabbage into 4cm wide pieces, separating leaves and stems. Mince garlic and ginger.

In a frying pan, add sake, garlic, and ginger. Layer clams and cabbage on top, cover, and steam on medium heat for 10 minutes until clams open.
