INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 20g dried whitebait
- 🥬 3 leaves (240g) cabbage
- 1 piece ginger
Seasonings
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm strips. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and massage until softened. Let it sit, then pat dry with kitchen paper.
Julienne the ginger into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds. Add the cabbage, ginger, and dried whitebait, then toss to combine.
