- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 600cc water
Seasoning
- 2 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp miso

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced pork and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Then add the cabbage and stir-fry together.

Once the cabbage is coated with oil, add water and dashi powder. Bring to a boil, then dissolve the miso into the soup. Serve hot.
