INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion thinly.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, sesame seeds, ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add cabbage and green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then, pour in the sauce and mix well.
