Tofu
- 🍶 300g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Oil

- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Thickening Agent

PASOS
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper, place on a microwave-safe plate, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and cut into 2cm cubes.
Chop cabbage into 2cm pieces and julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Heat 2/3 of the sesame oil (2 tsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add carrots and stir until coated in oil, then add cabbage and stir-fry until softened.
Add seafood mix and seasoning ingredients (chicken stock powder, water, sake, sugar, salt, soy sauce). Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) and stir until the sauce thickens. Drizzle the remaining sesame oil (1 tsp) over the mixture.
Serve tofu on a plate and pour the thickened sauce mixture over it.
