  • Rice

    • 🍚 1 bowl of cooked white rice
  • Vegetables

    • 70g pickled cabbage
    • 🧅 1/4 stalk minced green onion
  • Eggs

    • 🥚 1 beaten egg
  • Seafood

    • 1 tbsp shirasu (baby sardines)
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 A pinch of pepper
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
  • Oils

    • 2 tsp salad oil for egg
    • 1 tsp salad oil for rice

Squeeze the water out of the pickled cabbage and cut it into 1cm strips. Mince the green onion.
