INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 100g of peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 5 cabbage leaves
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp of salad oil
Herbs
- A pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of ketchup
- 🧂 1/3 tsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic.
If needed, remove the vein from the shrimp, wash them, and pat dry.
Mix the ingredients for the Aurora sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened, then add shrimp and cook until they change color.
Add the Aurora sauce to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
