INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 80g thinly sliced pork belly
- 150g firm tofu, cubed
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
- 🥕 35g carrot, thinly sliced
Liquid
- 💧 800cc water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the carrot thinly into half-moon shapes.
Cube the tofu into 1.5cm pieces.
Cut the pork belly into easy-to-eat pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork belly, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add cabbage and carrot, stir-frying briefly until coated with oil.
Add water and dashi powder, bring to a boil, then add tofu. Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until the carrot softens.
Dissolve miso paste into the soup and bring to a gentle boil.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
