INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥬 1/4 head (200g) cabbage
- 3 shiso leaves
Seasonings
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- 1/2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 🌾 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares. Remove the stems from the shiso leaves, cut them in half lengthwise, and slice thinly. Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mash it into a paste.
Place the cabbage in a bowl, add 1/3 tsp of salt (not listed in ingredients), and massage it. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (umeboshi paste, mentsuyu, and sesame oil). Add the cabbage, tuna, and shiso leaves, and toss to combine.
