INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g minced pork
Vegetables
- 300g chopped cabbage
- 10cm minced spring onion
- 1 clove minced ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
Staples
- 50g vermicelli
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Thickening
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Garnish
- Sesame oil as needed
- Chopped spring onion as needed
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic, ginger, and spring onion, and sauté until fragrant.
Add minced pork and stir-fry over medium heat until lightly browned. Add doubanjiang and continue cooking until the pork changes color.
Add cabbage and stir-fry until coated with oil. Pour in water, sake, and chicken stock powder, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and cook until the cabbage is tender. Add vermicelli and cook until softened.
Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Pour into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens. Serve in a dish, drizzle with sesame oil, and garnish with chopped spring onion.
