INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 2 crab sticks
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Sesame seeds to taste
- 5g bonito flakes
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Soak dried wakame in water until rehydrated, then drain.
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and massage for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water. Shred crab sticks by hand.
Mix sugar, ponzu sauce, and sesame oil to create the dressing.
Combine cabbage, wakame, crab sticks, and bonito flakes in a bowl. Add the dressing and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
