INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 🍜 1 serving noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 handfuls shredded cabbage
Sauce
- 5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp soda
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Mix all the sauce ingredients to make the seasoning sauce. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours for better flavor.
Shred the cabbage thinly.
Loosen the noodles by gently separating them.
Boil the noodles in hot water until cooked.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water and drain well.
In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, cooked noodles, and the prepared sauce. Mix well.
Serve the cabbage spicy noodles.
