- 200g pancake mix
Vegetables
- 🥬 2-3 cabbage leaves, chopped
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
Dairy
- 🧀 3 pieces processed cheese, diced
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧈 30g melted salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Chop cabbage into 1-2cm pieces and cheese into 1cm cubes.

Mix milk, melted butter, and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Add pancake mix, cabbage, tuna, cheese, and salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix until no dry powder remains.

Pour the batter evenly into muffin molds and bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
