INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
- 🥓 100g bacon block
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g cabbage leaves
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Dairy
- 🧀 60g pizza cheese
- 🥛 300ml milk
Staples
- Cooked spaghetti (as needed)
Seasoning
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp consomme
- Pepper (to taste)
- 💧 300ml water
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
PASOS
Cut chicken and bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Slice cabbage into 3cm widths, separate broccoli into small florets, trim shimeji mushrooms, and cut carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pot with water, salt, consomme, and chicken. Skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add cabbage, carrot, bacon, shimeji mushrooms, and broccoli to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Pour in milk and heat until warmed through.
Add cooked spaghetti and pizza cheese. Stir until cheese melts, then crack eggs into the pot and sprinkle with pepper.
