INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥕 100g carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
Julienne the carrot into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds to create the dressing.
Combine the carrot and wakame with the dressing and toss well.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
