INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a dash of pepper
PASOS
Remove the strings from the celery and slice it diagonally into thin pieces.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 1cm wide pieces.
Place the chicken and seasoning ingredients (☆) into a plastic bag, massage, and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the celery and stir-fry until it softens, then add the sauce ingredients (★) and mix well.
