    • 🍚 2 bowls of cooked white rice (300g)
  • Seafood

    • 🐟 6 slices of sashimi-grade tuna
  • Protein

    • 1 pack of natto
    • 🥚 2 egg yolks
  • Vegetables

    • 3 okra pods
    • 2 shiso leaves
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp chanja
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • Wasabi as needed

Sprinkle salt on the okra and roll it on a cutting board. Boil for 1.5 minutes, then cool in water and drain. Remove the stem and slice into 1cm pieces.
