INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 360g boiled chanpon noodles
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves (80g)
- 🥕 35g carrot (1/4 piece)
- 🧅 50g onion (1/4 piece)
Seafood
- 50g red kamaboko
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 300ml water
PASOS
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice carrot into 3mm thick pieces. Cut onion into 1cm wide slices. Slice kamaboko into 5mm thick pieces.
Mix all ☆ ingredients in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a pan, spread chanpon noodles, and steam-fry for 2 minutes with a lid. Flip noodles, add remaining oil, and press until crispy. Cut in half and plate.
Heat the pan, cook pork until browned. Add carrot and onion, stir until softened. Add kamaboko and cabbage, stir until coated with oil. Pour ☆ mixture, stir until thickened, and pour over noodles.
