- 🧀 100g mozzarella cheese (cherry type)
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 🥖 1/3 baguette
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Olive Dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Tuna Dip
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
PASOS
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out 4 round pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in a bowl to make the olive dressing.
Skewer cherry tomatoes, avocado pieces, and mozzarella cheese onto picks. Arrange on a plate and drizzle evenly with olive dressing.
Finely chop the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Mash the remaining avocado in a bowl with a fork.
Combine mashed avocado, tuna, onion, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper in a bowl to make the tuna dip. Serve with toasted baguette slices, pinchos, and the dip.
