INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 600g cooked rice
Meat
- 🥩 250g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 250g pea shoots
- 1 pack bean sprouts
- 100g red bell pepper
- 100g yellow bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧀 70g shredded pizza cheese
Meat Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
Namul Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil for peppers
- 1 tsp sesame oil for meat
- 1 tsp sesame oil for rice
PASOS
Cut pea shoots into thirds and slice red and yellow bell peppers thinly.
Mix sliced beef with sake, BBQ sauce, and chili paste in a bowl.
Steam pea shoots and bean sprouts with 2 tbsp water in a frying pan for 3 minutes, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.
Mix steamed vegetables with sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl to make namul.
Stir-fry bell peppers with sesame oil in the frying pan until softened, then season with salt and pepper.
Stir-fry marinated beef with sesame oil in the same pan until cooked through.
Spread cooked rice in the frying pan, layer namul, stir-fried peppers, beef, and cheese on top, then cover and steam on low heat for 3 minutes.
