INGREDIENTES

- 500g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 5 sprigs chopped parsley
Cheese
- 🧀 60g processed cheese, diced
Binding Ingredients
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Dice the processed cheese into 1cm cubes. Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W.
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk to soak. Add ground chicken, onion, parsley, and the remaining binding ingredients. Mix until sticky. Fold in the diced cheese.
Pack the mixture into a mold in three layers, pressing to remove air pockets. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30–35 minutes. Cool and remove from the mold.
Slice to your preferred thickness and serve on a plate.
