INGREDIENTES
Pork
- 6 slices pork loin (120g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Cheese Crust
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧀 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 sprigs chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
- Medium-thick sauce as needed
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
PASOS
Pat the pork loin slices dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and olive oil to create the cheese crust mixture.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and arrange the pork slices. Spread grain mustard on each slice, top with shredded pizza cheese, and evenly sprinkle the cheese crust mixture over them. Cover with aluminum foil.
