INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 500g chicken thigh
- 10 rice cakes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 60g cabbage
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 1/2 sweet potato
- 2 cups pizza cheese
- 🍚 1.5 servings cooked rice
- Adequate cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
PASOS
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate chicken thigh with 3/4 of the seasoning mixture.
Cut onion, cabbage, carrot, and sweet potato into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a griddle, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the vegetables, marinated chicken, and rice cakes.
Once the chicken is cooked, push it to one side and add rice with the remaining seasoning mixture. Stir-fry until well combined.
Push the fried rice to one side and sprinkle cheese in the center of the griddle. Let it melt.
