INGREDIENTES
Hamburg Steak
- 200g ground meat
- 🧅 1 onion, minced
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 💧 50ml water
Side Dish
- 🥔 Mashed potatoes, as needed
- 🌿 Pinch of parsley
PASOS
Mince the onion and microwave it for 2 minutes at 600W, then let it cool.
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and let them soak.
Add ground meat, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until sticky, then add half of the cooked onion and mix evenly. Divide into two portions.
Wrap a folded slice of cheese inside each meat portion, shaping into oval patties. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat until browned.
Push the patties to the side of the pan. Add the remaining onion and tomato sauce ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve the patties with the tomato sauce and garnish with mashed potatoes and parsley.
