INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 3 pieces fried tofu
Filling
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 6 stalks chives
- 150g minced pork
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cooking
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Wipe excess oil from fried tofu with paper towels, cut each piece in half, and open them. Chop the chives finely.
In a bowl, mix the minced pork, garlic, sake, salt, pepper, and sesame oil until sticky. Divide into 6 portions, flatten, and place cheese on top before wrapping.
Stuff the tofu with the filling, seal the opening with chives, and repeat for all pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add the stuffed tofu, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add water to the pan, cover, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
