INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onions
PASOS
Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, and sugar. Pour the mixture over the rice and stir well.
Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them into the rice.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the rice and cover the pan for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
