    • 🌭 6 sausages (120g)
    • 🧀 2 slices of cheese
    • 50g shiratamako (glutinous rice flour)
    • 💧 4 tbsp water
    • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Sauce

    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
    • 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 🍯 1 tsp honey
    • 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic

PASOS

In a bowl, add shiratamako and gradually mix in water in three portions to form a dough.

2

Cut each slice of cheese into three equal pieces.

3

In another bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (gochujang, ketchup, honey, garlic) to make the gochujang sauce.

4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 2 minutes, rolling them to cook evenly.

5

Remove the sausages and wipe off excess oil from the pan. Pour 1/6 of the dough into the pan to form an oval shape and cook on low heat. Once the surface is dry and cooked, place a piece of cheese and a sausage on top, then roll it up.

Skewer two rolls onto each stick, plate them, and drizzle with gochujang sauce and mayonnaise.
