INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 50g chewy noodles
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
Condiments
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
PASOS

Julienne the cucumber and carrot. Drain the tuna can.

Boil water in a pot and cook the chewy noodles for about 7 minutes. Cool them in cold water and drain.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
