INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Dice the avocado into 2cm cubes and halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, and white sesame seeds in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Add sake, cover, and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the avocado and cherry tomatoes to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour the prepared sauce over and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
