- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh

- 1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
- 2 slices ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Ponzu sauce, as needed
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water
PASOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add chicken, sake, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce heat and skim off any foam. Add ginger and salt, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and simmer briefly. Sprinkle chopped green onion and serve with ponzu sauce on the side.
