- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 spring onion
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 3 tbsp water
Nuts
- 🥜 50g peanuts
PASOS
Cut the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces, and slice the green bell pepper and spring onion into manageable sizes.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water) in a bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken, spring onion, ginger, and garlic paste, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add the green bell pepper and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the sauce and cook until thickened. Add peanuts and mix well.
