INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head (300g) cabbage, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (3x concentrated)
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Chop the cabbage into 3cm squares and slice the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces and marinate with sake, salt, and pepper. Coat with cornstarch.
Mix the soy sauce, mayonnaise, and grated ginger in a container to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the chicken until both sides are browned, about 3 minutes.
Add the cabbage and bell peppers, stir-fry until softened, then mix in the prepared sauce.
