INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🌽 100g boiled corn
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
PASOS
Cut the boiled corn into 3cm wide rings, then halve them.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the corn to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Then add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry until well combined.
