INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🍅 1 tomato
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
PASOS
Cut the cucumber into thin strips and slice the tomato after removing the stem.
Rub the chicken thigh with sugar and salt using your hands.
Wrap the chicken tightly with plastic wrap twice and place it in a heat-resistant storage bag, sealing it to remove air.
Boil water in a pot, add the bagged chicken, cover, and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Flip once during cooking, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix the spicy sauce ingredients in a bowl, then arrange the cucumber, tomato, and chicken on a plate. Pour the sauce over the salad.
