INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 300g daikon radish
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 4 green beans
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 300ml water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 50ml concentrated soy sauce
PASOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the daikon radish into bite-sized pieces. Boil the daikon in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Quarter the shiitake mushrooms and cut the green beans into thirds.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until the color changes. Add daikon and shiitake mushrooms, stir until coated with oil.
Add water and mirin, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until the daikon is tender.
Add green beans and soy sauce, simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
