INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh, diced
Vegetables
- 150g boiled bamboo shoots
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Liquid
- 💧 Water, as needed
PASOS
Dice the chicken thigh into 1cm cubes.
Julienne the ginger and cut bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces.
Add soaked rice to the rice cooker, mix in the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, mirin, dashi powder, and salt), and fill with water up to the 2-cup line.
Layer the chicken, bamboo shoots, and ginger on top of the rice, flattening them evenly. Start the rice cooker on normal cooking mode.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and toppings. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
