INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized lengths and slice the onion thinly. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with sake, salt, and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and chicken, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color. Add the komatsuna and lightly stir-fry.
Add the sauce ingredients (ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, curry powder, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry until the ingredients are tender and well-coated.
