INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 125g konjac
- 🧅 80g green onion
- 50g garlic chives
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slice konjac, green onion, and garlic chives into appropriate sizes.
Coat chicken pieces lightly with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken until lightly browned.
Add konjac, green onion, and garlic chives to the pan and stir-fry together.
Mix sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and garlic paste in a bowl and pour over the stir-fry.
Sprinkle ground white sesame and stir well before serving.
