INGREDIENTES
Main
- 20g vermicelli
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders, trimmed
- 🥬 3 lettuce leaves
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, to taste
Soup Base
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chicken broth powder
- Ginger paste, to taste
- 💧 600ml water
PASOS
Julienne the carrot, cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces, trim and slice chicken tenders diagonally, and cut vermicelli into manageable lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add chicken and carrot, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add the soup base ingredients (salt, chicken broth powder, ginger paste, and water), mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
Add vermicelli, cook according to package instructions, then add lettuce and mix briefly. Serve in bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
