INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 100g onion, diced
- 🥕 75g carrot, chopped
- 5 green beans, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Cooking Essentials
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🌾 2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 300ml water
- 🥛 200ml milk
PASOS
Cut the carrot into irregular chunks, onion into 2cm cubes, and shimeji mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Trim and cut green beans into 3cm pieces.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until its color changes.
Add onion, carrot, and shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry together.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir until no longer powdery.
Pour in water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add milk and butter, stir to combine, then season with salt and pepper. Add green beans and simmer for 2 minutes.
