INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushroom
- 1 bunch watercress
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Essentials
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Cream Sauce
- 50ml white wine
- 🥛 150ml heavy cream
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASOS
Slice the onion and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and push to the side, then add butter.
Once the butter melts, add the onion and mushrooms. Sauté until the onion softens. Pour in white wine, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Gradually add heavy cream while stirring to combine. Season with salt and adjust to taste. Serve with watercress as garnish.
