INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g)
- 🧅 1 onion (200g)
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Finely chop the chicken breast into coarse pieces.
Cut the onion in half vertically, remove the core, and finely chop.
In a bowl, mix the chicken, onion, and seasonings until the mixture becomes sticky.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, scoop the mixture with a spoon, shape into rounds, and place in the pan. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until browned.
Flip the patties, cover with a lid, and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
