INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🎃 135g pumpkin, cut into pieces
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Dairy
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🍅 200g canned tomato
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 100cc water
Other
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
PASOS
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan and add the chicken. Stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add the pumpkin and onion to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until the onion becomes tender.
Sprinkle the flour over the ingredients and mix until the flour is no longer visible.
Add the seasoning ingredients (canned tomato, consomme, salt, and water) and mix well. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the milk and mix well. Heat until warmed through.
