    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 🧂 1 tsp salt
    • 💧 600ml water

Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly, cut the komatsuna into 3cm pieces, and mince the garlic and ginger.

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
